  • Cumberland County Historical Society, Todd Hall 21 N Pitt St Carlisle, PA, 17013 United States (map)

John Gastil, Distinguished Professor of Communication Arts and Sciences, Public Policy and Political Science and Senior Scholar, McCourtney Institute for Democracy at The Penn State University, will be speaking on the promise of Sortition/Citizen Juries as a solution to many of the problems in our politics.
